Professional Bio
Prof. S. R. D. Rosa is a former Professor of Physics at the University of Colombo, where he spent many years teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic development of the Department of Physics. After his retirement from the university, he has continued his academic journey by working with several private universities, sharing his deep knowledge and experience with new generations of students.

In parallel, Prof. Rosa has been closely associated with the Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka, especially in relation to G.C.E. Advanced Level Physics. His long-standing involvement in paper setting, reviewing, and academic guidance has helped ensure that national Physics examinations remain fair, rigorous, and aligned with curriculum standards. His unique combination of university-level expertise and examination insight makes his contribution to Physics education especially valuable.
