1. Search or browse books (A/L Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Tech, etc.)
2. Add items to your cart
3. Go to Checkout
4. Enter your name, phone number, delivery address (or choose Local Pickup)
5. Select a delivery method and payment method
6. Place the order — you’ll receive an order confirmation
Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can checkout as a guest. (Creating an account helps you track orders faster.)

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

If your order is still processing (not shipped yet), contact us as soon as possible.

• For pre-paid orders, if you ask to remove items while processing, the amount may be converted to store credit (as per our policy).

What payment methods do you accept?

• Direct Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Pay at the Shop (for Local Pickup)
How do PayHere online payments work?

At checkout, choose PayHere → complete payment online → your order is confirmed instantly.

How does Direct Bank Transfer work?
1. Choose Direct Bank Transfer at checkout
2. Place the order
3. Transfer the amount to our bank account (details shown at checkout / order confirmation)
4. Send the payment slip / reference number to us
5. After verification, we process and dispatch your order
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

Choose COD at checkout and pay the delivery rider/courier when the parcel arrives.

Can I pay at the shop?

Yes — if you choose Local Pickup, you can pay at the shop when you collect your order.

How long does delivery take?
• Sri Lanka Post: 3–5 days
• COD & Express: 2–3 days
• PickMe Flash (Same Day): Same day (nearby Nugegoda orders only)

How does Same Day Delivery (PickMe Flash) work?

If your address is close to Nugegoda, you can select PickMe Flash at checkout (when available).
We prepare your order quickly and dispatch it for same-day delivery.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?

Yes! Choose Local Pickup at checkout.
You can collect your order from our Nugegoda store:

2. We confirm the order (instant for PayHere / after verification for bank transfer)
3. We pack your books carefully
4. We dispatch your parcel via your chosen delivery method
5. You receive the parcel at your doorstep (or pick up from the shop)
How do I receive the parcel at home?
• Keep your phone available (courier/post rider may call)
• For COD, pay the exact amount on delivery
• Check the parcel and keep the invoice for reference

Common Questions

What if my address or phone number is wrong?
Please contact us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update details.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged book?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number (details in our Refund & Return Policy).
